Time of the month ingredients: Boric acid, Lactic acid, Cramp bark hydrosol, cinnamon hydrosol, Motherwort hydrosol, magnesium chloride, wild yam extract, castor oil, chaste berry hydrosol, coco glucoside and Optiphen plus 

HOW TO USE: squat and open legs completely, spray the outer and inner vaginal lips and pubic area. Allow 60 secs to dry ( can be applied to panties for extra odor blocking benefits)
